With over 20 years in the property industry, Silas brings deep expertise across mixed-use, retail, commercial and residential sectors. He is driven by a passion for creating landmark developments and will spearhead the Ripley Town Square and Toowong projects, guiding them to fulfil Verso’s ambitious and visionary goals.

Silas previously worked as a Project Director, overseeing the integrated resort development at The Star Gold Coast. Prior to that he held senior roles at large developers. Early in his career he trained in valuation, which provided a strong foundation in assessing value, risk and opportunity across property developments.
