Over the past four years at McCarthy Homes, James has worked as a Contract Administrator and Project Manager within the commercial division, focusing primarily on townhouse developments. He has extensive experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with each project ranging from $5 million to $20 million and comprising 9 to 45 townhouse units per stage.

James is skilled in coordinating all aspects of project delivery, from contract administration and stakeholder engagement through to construction oversight, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. James will be the Project Manager for the Ripley Square townhomes.
