Brendan is a dedicated and experienced Project Manager with a career focus on delivering high-quality residential developments. He applies advanced project management expertise across every phase of construction, from design conception through to final handover, and believes a project is only complete when the last unit is delivered defect-free.

His feature projects include West Village and Monarch Residences in Toowong. Brendan has also worked on seven high-rise apartment projects in collaboration with Aria Property Group, Metro Property Group, Long Ze Development and Marquee Development.

Across these projects, Brendan has consistently led multidisciplinary teams, managed complex timelines, and delivered developments that meet both financial and operational objectives. At VERSO., Brendan will manage the Shafston Estate project.
