Woodcarver
Key Milestones Achieved:
- All civil works have now been successfully completed, and the first Woodcarver display home is also complete, marking an important step forward for the project.
- Long-lead items (such as gaggenau appliances) have been procured to align with construction program
Progress Underway:
- We are currently in the final stages of securing plan sealing for the land lots, an important step towards commencing construction.
- Lot 38 and 40 display homes (St Eves) are progressing with external and internal works underway.
Next Steps:
- Pre-construction activities progressing for next 23 homes with early works for pool construction anticipated to commence in October;
The Marigold
Completed:
- Rooftop amenities DA approved
- YPM appointed as Lead Sales Agent
- Display Suite tenancy secured
- Tower crane fully operational
- Basement concrete works completed
- Precast side walls installed
- Infill blockwork completed
- Main construction packages let
- Lifts ordered
- High-voltage civil works completed
Current Progress:
- Design and fitout work for display suite now underway
- Level 1 to 2 Formwork and Vehicle Ramp is in place with concrete pour scheduled and on track
- The tender process is underway for the delivery of public art murals to the rear of The Marigold and along Fish Lane.
- Merivale Street Podium Scaffold is erected and providing worker access to construct the podium to levels 1 to 3
Upcoming:
- Windows and balustrades entering production
- Permanent power works commencing
Ripley
Completed:
- Townhouse slabs: All 94 townhouse slabs have been poured.
- Building 1 cladding and roof: Building 1 cladding and roofing works have been completed.
Current Progress:
- Stage 1 nearing Practical Completion: Stage 1 (Townhomes 1–45) is approaching Practical Completion, with the project progressing through the final stages ahead of settlement.
- Building 1 internal works: Plastering has commenced at Building 1 following completion of the cladding and roof.
- Building 3 construction: Building 3 (the final building on Lot 12) is currently being stood.
- Final certification and approvals: Final certification and approvals are progressing, including Plan Sealing with Ipswich City Council and Titles Registration with Titles Queensland.
Upcoming:
- Pre-Settlement Inspections: Pre-Settlement Inspections will commence as residences reach completion, allowing purchasers to inspect their homes prior to settlement.
